Day 1

Yesterday went to the gym and did legs and back. ouch quit it. 

I made a good lunch last night so today I start the diet plan at work.

Day 2

Chest work out - that's it.  Intense

P90X 3 is in the mail, and that is going to focus me so much.  When it gets here the cardio steps up as well as the quality of the workouts.

Today:  Water, Diet, Protein shake, snacks oh my
