Two Days Before Sandy Rolled In

Mrs. ntckfit and I head south to drop off the SUPs - and we stopped at a beach to let dog-ntckfit go for a run.  About an hour later, we were headed the car and I was asked if we should go for a paddle.  Sure thing.  So we did.  70 degrees and calm on Buzzard's Bay in Falmoth, MA.  Very sweet. That's Mrs. ntckfit there ahead of me - just off to the right is the start of the coast above Woods Hole, MA.

Day 3

Went for another ride today, Veteran's Day - to all who've served thank you.

Great ride.  Feel great.  Beautiful weather  - 70 and sunny on November 12th,

Day 2

Right.  Now this is what I love  - mountain biking.  I'd have to look at the blog here, but I think that last time I rode was about a month and a half ago.  And I still have the goods.  The ride was great, very technical and fast.  All good.  I tweaked by groin muscle, though.  But got through the ride.  Only after it started to grow cold, or stiffen, did I get freakin' shooting pains.  Ah, ibuprofen vitamins, ice and rest.  The ice in the groin sucked.  Anyway, two days later (now) and thinking about going for another ride.

Good times.

Re Do Day 1

I'm starting the count over again for days of workouts. I started a new job, screwed up my back, etc. and fell off the path, as it where.  So, I've decided to ease back into working with a dedicated yoga routine to limber up and stretch this 50 year old muscles.  I do find that my muscles are not as agreeable to intensity as the were used to years ago.

So this is the yoga vid on youtube.  Thanks to yoga.org.nz
