😎 Logging my workouts again. Just got back from the Gym.  Nice.  Great workout.  Got a free shake too.  All good.  Now its time for more cardio.  And to loose body fat  - goal weight is 167.  So, that about 15 pounds or so.

Doable.

Here we are again.  Back at the gym.  Started at the end of January.  I have a trainer now.  Its been the best run of working out in a long time.  I feel stronger and have a ways to go.  My diet is suspect still. Too much of things that don't help.  Such is life.  I wonder what it takes to really dial it all in.  Mindset.
