Day 8

HP

Feel good this morning.  My arms are burning.  GOing real slow.  Now it's time to kick up the correct cardio program. 

The eats are getting better - last week the week was good - but the weekend, well, no.

  • Heavy Pants  25  (3×8)
  • Lawnmovers 35  (3×8)
  • Wrist curls    10 (3×12)
