Day 6

HP again.

The diet is not dialed in at all.  However, its on the agenda.  Worked out today and feel good.  Had a post workout protein drink.   About to have a good breakfast.  A good start overall.

Tuesday:
  • Bent over rows (3×8)       25  30 30
  • Tricep extentions (3×8)    25
  • Wrist curls (3×12)
